Graphic Designer – Motion Graphics

Job Summary : We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with Motion Graphics & AI Video skills to design short, visually engaging videos for digital platforms, especially LinkedIn and social media. The role focuses on transforming ideas into impactful visuals using AI tools, motion design, and video editing, without traditional video shoots. Key Responsibilities: Design and create short-form videos (10–60 seconds) using AI video and motion graphics tools Convert concepts, scripts, or references into visually compelling video content Create animations, text motion, transitions, and visual effects Generate AI-based video scenes using text prompts Edit videos with proper pacing, typography, and brand consistency Add subtitles, background music, and basic sound effects Optimize videos for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to meet creative goals Maintain visual quality, color accuracy, and design standards Required Skills & Qualifications: Design & Video SkillsStrong graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, color theory) Motion graphics and short video creation experience Proficiency in CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects / Canva Experience using AI video tools (Runway ML, Pika Labs, Canva AI Video, etc.) Ability to create smooth transitions and engaging text animations Understanding of aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) AI & Technical Skills : Writing effective prompts for AI video generation Basic audio syncing and music timing Exporting videos in web-optimized formats Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows Preferred Skills: (Good to Have)Experience with brand storytelling and marketing videos Knowledge of LinkedIn and social media video trends Familiarity with EV, tech, or startup brands Basic illustration or animation skills Experience with AI voice or text-to-speech tools Experience & Education1–3 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or video design (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome) Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field (preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing short videos, motion graphics, or AI-generated videos What We Expect: High attention to visual detail Ability to meet deadlines Creative thinking with modern design tools Openness to experimenting with AI-driven creativity Consistent quality across all video outputs Key Deliverables: Short branded videos for social media Motion graphic clips with text and visuals AI-generated video scenes integrated into final edits
