We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The telecaller will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, explaining product details, and maintaining good customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and dealers. Handle inbound customer queries politely and professionally. Provide accurate information about our EV two-wheeler products and services. Maintain a database of customer leads, inquiries, and follow-ups. Explain product features, offers, and dealership opportunities clearly. Schedule appointments/meetings for the sales team. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets. Report customer feedback, complaints, and issues to management. RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu (preferred). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp handling).
