🔥 What You’ll Own

✔ Build & deliver structured sales training programs

✔ Run product training for DA, DS, FSD, UI/UX, DevOps, Digital Marketing & more

✔ Create powerful content — decks, scripts, role-plays, assessments, objection handling

✔ Identify performance gaps & create improvement plans

✔ Track KPIs: conversion %, quality, AHT, lead discipline

✔ Drive onboarding to reduce ramp-up time

✔ Collaborate with Sales, Quality, Product & Marketing
