Post : Business Developmemt Executive Courses you need to sell : Personal Development Experience: Min 6 months in EdTech & Non Edtech Sales. Salary : Upto 5.4 LPA(Depends on Interview) Location: Lucknow 3 month Probation period No PF/any deduction during Probation period. India Shift timing : 10AM-8PM US Shift timing : 8 PM- 6 AM Week days: 6 days working,Monday will be fixed off. Interview Mode: Virtual 3 Rounds of Interview: 1) Screening 2) Sales Manager 3) HOD Role & responsibilities 1. Outbound and Inbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective leads, providing information about Oratrics Platform's demo classes. Handle inbound calls from individuals interested in demo classes, addressing their queries and providing relevant details. 2. Lead Engagement: Build and nurture positive relationships with potential customers through effective communication. Guide leads through the enrolment process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. 3. Demo Class Coordination and Booking: Schedule at least 3 demo class bookings weekly, coordinating with leads to match their preferences and availability. 4. Documentation: Keep accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and their progress within the CRM system. Document feedback, special requests, and any requirements shared by leads during the onboarding process.
