Job Description

We are seeking proactive and motivated Business Development Executives to join our team. This role is essential to drive growth and expand our reach within the industry. The ideal candidates are enthusiastic self-starters with strong communication, sales, and research abilities, eager to connect with prospective clients and foster valuable relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research

    : Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities through in-depth market research and analysis.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach

    : Develop leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth

    : Drive sales efforts, achieve targets, and close deals to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Product Demonstration

    : Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
  • Relationship Management

    : Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term success and repeat business.
  • Negotiation & Closing

    : Effectively negotiate terms and close sales with clients while ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Reporting & CRM Management

    : Track and report on key metrics and maintain client information using CRM or lead management tools.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication

    : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Sales & Negotiation

    : Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively and handle client objections professionally.
  • Market Research

    : Proficiency in researching market trends, competition, and potential client needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • CRM Experience

    (Preferred): Experience with any CRM or lead management tools is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge

    (Preferred): Familiarity with the Ed-Tech industry and understanding of educational products and services is advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Education

    : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience

    : 0 to 5 years in Business Development, Sales, or related roles.
  • Personal Traits

    : Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
