Role Overview: As a Tech Sales Trainer for the International Campaign, your main role will involve conducting training sessions for new hires and existing employees on sales techniques, processes, and product knowledge. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and updating training content that is aligned with business needs. Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the effectiveness of training programs will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Additionally, providing on-the-floor coaching and mentoring to enhance sales performance and collaborating with operations and quality teams to identify and address training gaps will be essential for success in this role.
