Job Description

We seek a candidate to lead, develop, and execute a forward-thinking HR strategy that enables growth, fosters innovation, and supports a diverse workforce. This position is pivotal in building the HR foundation for a high-performance culture while ensuring operational excellence in all HR functions.


Key Objectives

  • Establish and drive a robust HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain systems and policies that attract, develop, and retain top talent across all levels.
  • Develop and lead an HR team capable of supporting rapid organizational growth.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations across policy, compliance, payroll, compensation, and talent development.


Responsibilities

  • Define and execute an HR vision aligned with growth and diverse industries.
  • Build and mentor a high-performance, people-centric HR team.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and culture.
  • Lead policy, compensation, payroll, and HR operations for a diverse workforce.
  • Drive talent acquisition, retention, and structured growth roadmaps for all levels.
  • Design impactful training, development, and skill-building programs, including overseas.
  • Strengthen employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee grievance management, cultural transformation, and employee recognition.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • MBA degree is required, specialization in HR or technical qualification is preferred
  • Minimum 15–20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling HR functions in high-growth, engineering, or industrial equipment organizations.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations across diverse educational and skill levels.
  • Experience in organizations with a mix of engineering talent, technical shop-floor staff, and global client-facing functions.


Desired Skills

The ideal candidate possesses the following skills and can demonstrate through their work experience

  • Deep expertise in policy formulation, compensation design, compliance, and MIS management.
  • Strong operational HR knowledge including payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional skills in talent acquisition, talent retention, and development of structured growth pathways.
  • Expertise in training and development strategy, including global training programs and skill matrix design.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, capable of inspiring and influencing at all organizational levels.
  • High emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and drive HR transformation initiatives.



Salary range: INR 40 - 50 LPA. Salary is negotiable based on the candidate's skills and experience. The company offers competitive incentive packages, medical care for self and family, and other benefits.
