Exact Job Title: HR Manager - Policy, Compensation, and MIS

We seek a candidate who will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing robust HR frameworks that ensure operational excellence, compliance, and fairness across all levels of the organization. This role is essential in building and sustaining a transparent, competitive, and data-driven HR foundation that supports organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

Key Objectives

• Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Design and manage competitive and equitable compensation structures for a diverse workforce.
• Oversee HR MIS systems to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable people data for strategic decision-making

Responsibilities

• Develop and update HR policies and procedures aligned with legal, ISO, and organizational standards.
• Ensure clear policy communication across all levels and maintain market competitiveness.
• Design and manage compensation structures, benefits, and annual review processes.
• Oversee HR MIS, data reporting, and analytics to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure statutory compliance, audit readiness, and accurate record maintenance.
• Partner with leadership on data-driven workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Support other HR functions and mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications

• MBA degree is required, specialization in HR or a technical background is preferred.
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years focused on policy and compensation design, and MIS management.
• Prior experience in engineering, industrial equipment, or technology-driven organizations strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in HR data analytics, MIS tools, and HRIS systems.
• Deep understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and ISO standards.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse employee base
• High level of integrity, discretion, and data confidentiality.

Salary range: INR 17 - 20 LPA. Salary is negotiable based on the candidate's skills and experience. The company offers competitive incentive packages, medical care for self and family, and other benefits.
