Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional support. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to incoming inquiries. Explain products/services offered by the company and generate interest. Maintain customer database and update call records accurately. Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team. Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales. Handle customer queries and provide resolutions professionally. Maintain a polite and positive attitude during all customer interactions. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Key Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Proven experience as a telecaller, customer support, or similar role is an advantage. Good verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages (Gujarati) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Polite, confident, and persuasive personality. Willingness to learn about the company’s offerings and grow with the team. Work Schedule: Full-time 9 AM to 6 PM ( Monday – Saturday) Salary: Starting (Minimum) : INR 1.8 LPA Medical Insurance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
