Safety HSE Officer - Solar Project Sites

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Safety HSE Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in handling safety, health, and environmental (HSE) aspects of solar project sites and electrical sub-station sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Conducting Site Safety Inspections : Conduct regular site safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.

2.Developing and Implementing HSE Plans : Develop and implement HSE plans, including risk assessments, method statements, and emergency response plans.

3.Providing HSE Training : Provide HSE training to site personnel, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure they are aware of HSE policies and procedures.

4.Investigating Incidents : Investigate incidents, including near misses, to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

5.Maintaining HSE Records : Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE records, including incident reports, training records, and inspection reports.

6.Collaborating with Site Teams : Collaborate with site teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure HSE is integrated into all aspects of site operations.

7.Ensuring Compliance with Regulations : Ensure compliance with relevant HSE regulations, and local regulations.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
