Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, foster employee relations, develop and enforce company policies, manage performance appraisals, and ensure compliance with employment laws. They will collaborate with departments to enhance employee engagement, oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, and contribute to company culture and talent development strategies.

• Strong understanding of Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Organizational Culture
• Experience in Policy Development, Compliance, and Employment Law
• Skills in Performance Management and Employee Development
• Proficiency in HR Tools and Software
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a managerial HR role, preferably within the technology or SaaS sector
