Overview

entire HR function independently

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for all India positions.
  • Manage onboarding, HR documentation, background checks & exit formalities.
  • Process monthly payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
  • Maintain employee records, HRMIS, contracts, and statutory registers.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
  • Implement HR policies, performance reviews, probation assessments, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate with management on HR planning, reporting, and manpower needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 3–5 years of broad HR experience in India.
  • Strong understanding of PF, ESI, Gratuity, minimum wages, labour codes, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
