We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our HR operations and drive organizational growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive mass recruitment, onboarding & pipeline creation
✔ Develop & implement HR policies and strategies
✔ Oversee performance management & appraisals
✔ Handle payroll, attendance & HR operations
✔ Ensure compliance with labor laws & statutory norms
✔ Maintain HR records, reports & documentation
✔ Support leadership in manpower planning
🔹 Requirements:
💼 Strong experience of mass recruitments at entry and mid-level
🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field
🗣 Excellent communication & leadership skills
🧩 Strong knowledge of HR processes & labor laws
💻 Proficient in HRMS tools & MS Office
