The New Car Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable vehicles, maintaining professional relationships with clients, and ensuring a positive purchasing experience. Daily tasks include conducting vehicle demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries, negotiating sales terms, and building customer loyalty through excellent service and follow-ups. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining knowledge of new inventory and understanding market trends. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to ensure fulfilling and lasting relationships with clients Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with a diverse customer base Experience in Automotive Sales and a deep understanding of vehicle features and options for accurate recommendations Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and a customer-driven approach Time-management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment A valid driver's license and basic knowledge of car features is an advantage
