Job Description

Hiring: Head of Human Resources | Noida

We are looking for a transformational HR Leader to build and scale a performance-driven, tech-enabled HR ecosystem. This role goes beyond administration—focusing on PMS design, HR digitisation, culture development, and organisational growth.

What You’ll Lead:

Build and implement a modern PMS (KRAs/KPIs, OKRs, 360° feedback)
Implement HRIS (Darwinbox, Keka, Zoho People) and automate HR workflows
Develop HR policies, SOPs, and talent development strategies
Drive culture, engagement, conflict resolution, and retention initiatives

Requirements:-

8–10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership
MBA in HR preferred
Proven HRIS implementation and HR analytics experience
Strong business acumen and high emotional intelligence

Key Results Expected:

PMS implemented within 90 days
HR audit and blueprint completed within 45 days
Attrition below 10% and eNPS above 80
