Job Overview

The HR & Admin Head is responsible for leading the organization’s Human Resources and Administration functions, driving culture, transformation, employee experience, compliance, and workforce planning. This role plays a strategic part in aligning HR initiatives with business goals while ensuring smooth HR operations across corporate, factory, and site locations.

· Expertise in HR strategy, policies, performance management, IR, and compliance.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.

· Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

· MBA HR or equivalent.

· 12–15 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Similar role would be preferred.

· Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or multi-site operations preferred.
