1. Services Provided
The Contractor agrees to provide healthcare recruitment services also non healthcare, including but not limited to:
* Identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for healthcare roles and non healthcare roles;
* Screening and initial assessment of candidates;
* Coordinating interviews and background checks;
- Ensuring candidates meet all licensing and compliance requirements as per the destination country.
- Contractor agrees to perform services as a Healthcare Recruiter, which includes
sourcing, screening, coordinating, and managing healthcare candidates per specifications from
the Company. Also, any and all job duties assigned by management at THE DEDICATED LLC.
* Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals
including nurses, physicians, therapists, and other clinical and non-clinical staff.
* Develop and
post job descriptions on job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels.
* Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for
roles.
* Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, cold calling, and attending
industry events or job fairs.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring
managers.
* Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing
needs and team dynamics.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and credentialing
requirements during the hiring process.
* Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and keep
records of candidate status and hiring outcomes.
* Extend offers, negotiate terms, and guide
candidates through the onboarding process.
* Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends,
salary benchmarks, and labor market conditions. This job also needs the contractor to work on
non healthcare recruiting, cold reach out to clients and job seekers. Also, any and all job duties
assigned by management at THE DEDICATED LLC.
Candidate Sourcing
- Use various platforms such as job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and company databases to find qualified candidates for open positions.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates for future staffing needs.
Screening & Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to screen for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct phone interviews, video interviews, or in-person interviews to assess candidates.
- Perform skills assessments and reference checks as needed.
Job Posting & Advertising:
- Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, company websites, and social media.
- Ensure that job postings align with company branding and attract the right candidates.
- Monitor and update job ads to keep them current and relevant.
Candidate Placement:
- Match the right candidates to client job openings based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Negotiate salaries and benefits with candidates, in consultation with the client and internal team.
- Ensure candidates are placed in roles that align with both their skills and career goals.
Onboarding & Integration:
- Coordinate with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process for candidates.
- Provide support to both clients and candidates during the onboarding phase to ensure a successful start.
- Monitor candidate performance and retention during the initial placement period.
Maintaining Relationships with Candidates:
- Build and maintain a relationship with candidates even after placement to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-up interviews with placed candidates to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on the recruitment process.
Recruitment Reporting:
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and offer acceptance rate.
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of recruitment efforts and open roles.
- Also, any and all job duties as assigned.
Workflow Management:
- Streamline and manage day-to-day operational processes to ensure smooth recruitment and staffing procedures.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate placement, ensuring that each stage is completed efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to recruitment.
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their staffing needs and recruitment timelines.
- Collaborate with clients to create job descriptions, discuss candidate requirements, and align on expectations.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by clients regarding candidates or staffing needs.
Database Management:
- Maintain and update an internal database of candidate profiles and job openings.
- Ensure the recruitment system is organized and accessible, keeping accurate records of all recruitment activities.
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and other key events for the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely communication regarding interview results and feedback.
- Organize the necessary documentation for employee contracts, job offers, and other HR-related tasks.
Staffing Agency Operations Support:
- Help develop and implement operational procedures and best practices within the staffing agency.
- Manage administrative tasks related to employee or contractor documentation, contracts, and onboarding.
- Assist with payroll processing, timesheet tracking, and ensuring that workers' compensation and other HR-related needs are met.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure that all recruitment and staffing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., labor laws, equal employment opportunities).
- Maintain accurate records of all employee documents, contracts, and compliance paperwork.
- Ensure the proper handling of sensitive data in accordance with privacy and security standards.
Performance Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and report key operational metrics such as the number of candidates placed, time-to-hire, and operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for operational improvements and suggest strategies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of staffing processes.
Process Improvement & Strategy:
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and operational workflows.
- Suggest improvements to both recruitment methods and operational procedures to enhance the overall staffing process.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic plans for growth and efficiency, any and all job duties assigned.
Remote Work:
own equipment, internet and workspace.
