What you will do:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of technology roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Architects, DevOps, Data Engineering).
  • Source, Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, ensuring alignment with both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor, providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
  • Partner proactively with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, networking, and creative sourcing techniques.
  • Track recruitment metrics and leverage data to continuously optimize hiring performance.
  • Champion a positive and inclusive candidate experience, representing the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Stay continuously up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, enabling you to speak credibly with both candidates and hiring managers.


Who you are:

  • 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 8 years focused on tech/IT product hiring.
  • Good to have proven success in recruiting mid-to-senior level and specialized/niche technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g., Fullstack, cloud platforms, AI/ML, microservices, DevOps), and a commitment to learning new technologies as they emerge.
  • Deep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and GitHub is critical.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Passion for building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Active pursuit of professional development in technology trends and recruiting practices (e.g., certifications, attending tech conferences, online courses).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to Plan & Prioritize.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Good candidate management.
