About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience supporting core IT clients or State Government projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes in the US staffing industry, including sourcing, screening, negotiation, and placement across Contract, C2H, and Full-Time positions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top IT talent through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter), referrals, networking, and internal databases.
  • Screen candidates for technical and functional skills, communication, and cultural fit based on client requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Handle multiple hiring types: Contract, Contract-to-Hire (CTH), and Permanent (Full-Time) placements.
  • Work extensively with core IT technologies and State government clients, understanding niche technical requirements.
  • Strong working knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, EAD, USC).
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary/rate negotiations, and final closures.
  • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for recurring and future client needs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients for long-term partnerships.
  • Provide market intelligence on candidate availability, rate trends, and sourcing strategies.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Computer Science, IT, or Engineering).
  • 2+ years of proven US IT recruitment experience, preferably working with core IT or State clients.
  • Proficient in Boolean search techniques and sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter & ATS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets across software development, infrastructure, data, and cloud domains.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience managing recruitment metrics, pipelines, and performance tracking.
