Required Skills:

• Full-cycle recruitment experience for Direct, MSP, and State clients in the U.S. market.
• Strong domain knowledge in

  Healthcare, Life Sciences, BFSI, and eCommerce/Retail

  .
• In-depth understanding of U.S.

  visa types

  including H1B, GC, USC, TN, and EADs.
• Proficiency in

  U.S. tax terms

  such as C2C, W2, and 1099.
• Hands-on experience with

  contract, contract-to-hire (CTH)

  , and

  full-time placements

  .
• Proficient in sourcing candidates through

  job portals, databases, networking

  , and

  referrals

  .
• Skilled in

  resume screening, technical evaluation

  , and

  initial candidate interviews

  .
• Strong

  interpersonal and communication skills

  to interact with clients and candidates.
• Excellent

  negotiation and offer-closure skills

  .
• Ability to manage

  multiple requirements and deliver under tight timelines

  .
• Experience in

  reference checks, scheduling interviews

  onboarding coordination

  .
• Proactive approach with the ability to build and maintain a

  strong talent pipeline

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Human Resources, Information Technology

• 3–6 years of experience in

  US IT Staffing/Recruitment

• Familiarity with
