**Job Description:** As a US IT Recruiter, your role will involve sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for IT positions based in the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to identify suitable candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source potential candidates through online job portals, networking, and referrals - Screen and assess candidates" qualifications for IT roles - Conduct interviews and assess candidates" technical skills and cultural fit - Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients - Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process - Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics **Qualifications Required:** - At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients - Knowledge of US recruitment processes and visa regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines This job is based in Panipat and requires full-time availability.
