Experience in messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS, MQ , other JMS providers. Experience in TIBCO Data Virtualization. Experience/Strong Knowledge on Java , KAFKA streaming is preferable. Proven experience in developing and implementing RESTful/SOAP services and other integration protocols. Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing complex integration projects. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
