US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate pay rates, and finalize offers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent.
• Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment reports, ATS entries, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  1+ years of experience

  in US IT Recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099 hiring).
• Solid understanding of US tax terms, time zones, and recruitment processes.
• Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Strong sourcing abilities including Boolean search and social recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with VMS systems or MSP clients.
• Knowledge of niche IT skills and current market trends.
• Strong negotiation and candidate engagement abilities.
