The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, pitch recruitment services, and foster strong business relationships to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify and connect with potential clients in the US IT sector, including startups, mid-size companies, and IT service providers. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and decision-makers. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in US IT recruitment. Sales & Marketing Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and close deals. Create tailored proposals and presentations to showcase our recruitment services. Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful placement of candidates. Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and achievements. Stay updated on recruitment tools, market trends, and competitor activities. Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Preferred) Experience Fresher can also apply 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in the US IT recruitment or staffing industry. Skills Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with US clients. Sales Acumen: Ability to pitch services persuasively and close deals. Networking Ability: Build and maintain professional relationships in the IT industry. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and the US recruitment landscape is an advantage.
