Business Development Manager- Staff Augmentation (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in staffing and recruitment services.
• Maintain relationship and onboard new vendors for Staffing
• Find and onboard Habilelabs as Staffing vendor to companies who needs resouces.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers (HR, Hiring Managers).
• Understand client staffing needs and deliver tailored workforce solutions.
• Pitch staffing solutions to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements on time.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a database of prospective clients and sales activities using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales within the staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing models (contract, permanent, RPO).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Experience working with India and Overseas customers.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in IT staff Augmentation services.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
