Product Owner

Role Overview: The Product Owner will be responsible for managing the product life-cycle, from idealisation to launch. With 5+ years of experience, you will leverage your expertise to define product vision, create detailed road-maps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market needs. Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the development team has clear and actionable user stories. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to gather requirements and validate solutions. Feature Definition: Write clear and detailed product requirements and use cases to guide the development process. Release Planning: Plan and manage product releases, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics and user feedback to assess product success and identify areas for enhancement. Sprint Planning & Execution: Work with development teams to plan and execute sprints effectively. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Scrum Product Owner) are a plus. Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and basic technical knowledge to communicate effectively with development teams. Certification in Agile or Scrum (e.g., CSPO, PSM).
