Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

    : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and define sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and dashboards for reporting.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly

    hiring targets

    while ensuring quality of hires.
  • Provide a strong

    candidate experience

    throughout the hiring process.
  • Keep updated on hiring trends, competitive salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of

    IT skills, roles, and technologies

    .
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools such as

    LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, etc.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in maintaining KPIs and recruitment reports.
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong accountability for closures.

Experience

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in

    technical/IT recruitment

    (corporate or agency).
  • Prior experience in

    target-based hiring

    is essential.
  • Exposure to

    onsite and hybrid hiring environments

    preferred.
  • Freelancers with consistent delivery on IT mandates can also be considered.
