MUST HAVE CURRENT HEALTHCARE EXP IN BOTH IT AND NON IT FOR US CLIENTS Responsibilities: Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract and FTE roles across healthcare and IT domains. Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting to offer stage. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines. Use job boards (Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and creative sourcing techniques to build candidate pipelines. Maintain and update candidate data in ATS.
