As a Bench Sales Recruiter at AppWorks Hub, you will:
Lead and manage the bench sales recruitment process from start to finish.
Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and ensure successful placements.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet business goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to drive recruitment success.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
