Healthcare US IT Recruiter

We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Healthcare IT and Non IT Recruiter to join our growing team. This role focuses on sourcing top-tier consultants and full-time talent for critical positions across healthcare, insurance, and health IT sectors.

• MUST HAVE CURRENT HEALTHCARE EXP IN BOTH IT AND NON IT FOR US CLIENTS

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract and FTE roles across healthcare and IT domains.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting to offer stage.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Use job boards (Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and creative sourcing techniques to build candidate pipelines.
• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS.
• Requirements:7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare and/or health IT domains.
• Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing methods (C2C, W2, contract, full-time).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience recruiting for remote roles across multiple U.S. states.
• Nice to Have:Familiarity with EHR/EMR, Medicare/DSNP, or healthcare implementation roles.
• Previous staffing agency or consulting firm experience.
