Role Overview: As the Talent Acquisition Point of Contact (POC) for a specific business, your role involves sourcing qualified candidates through various channels such as online platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals. You will be responsible for running the day-of application steps, performing initial screening and validation of applicants, facilitating relevant assessments like digital voice assessment, and conducting interviews for selected candidates. Your duty also includes conveying interview decisions and selection choices to final round applicants, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Key Responsibilities: - Provide talent acquisition operations support team with all necessary information for tracking purposes. - Ensure all events and programs align with the vision and strategy managed by the Talent Acquisition Manager. - Stay updated on the latest tech trends and industry best practices in recruitment. - Build a strong network of tech talent to establish a robust talent pipeline. Qualifications Required: - Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral) and stakeholder management at multiple levels. - Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university. - 4-6 years of technical recruiting experience. - Strong understanding of the technical hiring landscape and in-demand skills. - Experience in independently managing stakeholders at senior leadership levels.,
