This is a high ROI product line , and the ideal candidate will bring deep domain experience in this segment along with a proven ability to build, lead, and execute in a high-growth, compliance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Business Setup: Define and drive the go-to-market strategy, including distribution, product design, pricing, and lending parameters. Distribution Strategy: Build a scalable, cost-effective distribution model — both direct and partnership-driven. Product Ownership: Design lending features tailored to the needs of small business borrowers, ensuring profitability and product-market fit. Team Building: Recruit and lead a high-performing team across sales, credit, and support functions. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with risk, legal, compliance, operations, and technology teams to build robust, scalable processes. Stakeholder Management: Engage regularly with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders to align on growth plans, performance metrics, and risk appetite. Compliance & Governance: Maintain strong process discipline, audit-readiness, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards. Requirements: Deep understanding of the small ticket business loan segment, including customer profiles, underwriting challenges, and risk dynamics. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth and profitability in a lending business. Demonstrated ability to build and scale a business from scratch.
