What will you do: - Create engaging 2D animations for marketing videos, product explainers, tutorials, and social media campaigns. - Collaborate with product marketers, designers, and content creators to visualize abstract SaaS concepts through motion. - Conceptualize storylines, storyboards, and mood boards. Translate storyboards into polished animations with effective transitions, timing, and visual effects. - Animate product scenes to showcase product workflows and interactions. Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all animated content. - Optimize animations for web and mobile platforms. - Maintain and organize animation assets and templates for reuse. - Stay up to date with the latest animation trends, tools, techniques, and production design standards. What are we looking for? Must Have: - 3+ years of experience in 2D Animation and Motion Graphics, preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused environment. - Strong understanding of motion design principles, visual storytelling and rotoscoping. - Proficiency in storytelling through various animation formats. - Experience in storyboarding and creating layouts. - Proficient in software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools. - Experience with tools like Lottie, Rive, or SVG animation. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - A compelling portfolio showcasing motion graphics work relevant to digital products. Good to Have: Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro Illustration and graphic design skills. Measures of Success: - High Engagement Rates on animated content across platforms (e.g., increased click-throughs, shares, or view durations). - On-time delivery of animation projects within scope and deadlines. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments, especially marketing, product, and design, with minimal revisions.
