Job Description

We re looking for a hands-on Account Executive for Farming with a strong mindset to drive and grow the

book of business

in the

India South region

. You ll leverage your network, demonstrate our product value, and close deals in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment. The position calls for a hands on and ownership growth mindset in growing the business.

What will you do:

  • Conduct account mapping and cultivate strategic relationships within the assigned set of Enterprise Accounts.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, TAMs, and cross-functional teams to deliver value by understanding customer goals, KPIs, challenges, and future requirements.
  • Own the business targets of

    Enterprise accounts

    and grow the business from the designated patch
  • Interact with Customer CXO s and other stakeholders, give product demos, presentations, create a compelling value proposition through solution-selling, and work through the sales cycle to achieve Q-o-Q sales quota.
  • Build a pipeline and negotiate agreements with Customers to close deals.
  • Work with partners and build managed services solutions for Customer needs, and scale the business through them.
  • Drive a consultative solutioning and value-selling approach while establishing thought-leadership with decision-makers.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce daily with meeting notes, sales funnel progress, and other relevant data.
  • Maintain post sales interface with the customers to build long term relationship and enhance the customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

Must Have:

  • At least

    8+ years

    of experience in SaaS selling
  • A stronger fit exists for those having experience in working in a Startup with a go-getting, hands-on approach, plugged into a hyper-growing sales organization.
  • Strong network and connection in the ecosystem alongside having an experience in leading and building a client portfolio for the

    India South

    sector

    .

  • Conceptual understanding of APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, Cloud, and SaaS technologies required.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating strategies.

Good to Have:

  • Understanding of the MarTech domain.
  • Number driven approach towards accounts, targets, regional planning and conversion rates.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce).

Measures of Success:

  • Revenue Achievement (Booking, ARR)
  • Revenue retention (NRR)
  • Sustainable revenue growth (CAC: LTV)
