Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth

  technical expertise

  on wastewater treatment products, ETP/STP systems, and related technologies.
• Identify and pursue

  new business opportunities

  to increase market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  existing and prospective clients

  .
• Conduct

  product presentations

  , site visits, and technical demonstrations.
• Work closely with internal engineering and technical teams to deliver

  customized solutions

  .
• Achieve monthly/quarterly

  sales targets

  and contribute to the company’s business growth.
• Prepare and submit

  proposals, quotations, and tenders

  as per client requirements.
• Understand and propose solutions based on

  customer pain points

  using a consultative sales approach.

Key Requirements

• Education:

  Diploma / B.Sc / B.E / M.E / MBA (Environmental Engineering preferred)

• Experience:

  0–3 years in Water/Wastewater Treatment, WTP/ETP/STP, or related industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of

  water treatment equipment, ETP/STP processes

  , and industrial applications.
• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  .
• Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.

• Solution Selling:

  Ability to identify customer needs and offer optimal technical solutions.

• Proposal Writing & Tendering:

  Prepare accurate, competitive, and technically compliant bids.

• Negotiation & Pricing:

  Understanding of margins, costing, and pricing strategies.

• Technical Understanding:

  Knowledge of pumps, blowers, filtration systems, chemicals, and treatment units will be an added advantage.
