Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Execution & Account Management

  • Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective customers to position Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle including discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets for Business Applications (ERP).
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound calling, email campaigns, and partner collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including opportunity details and forecasting updates.

2. Customer Onboarding & Success

  • Lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem.
  • Conduct personalized 1:1 sessions to drive product adoption and user engagement.
  • Work with technical teams and partners to resolve onboarding issues and support configurations.
  • Conduct Monthly Service Reviews (MSRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

3. Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning Microsoft ERP solutions with their business goals.
  • Nurture and grow strategic relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Microsoft Partner ecosystem to support customer expansion and industry-specific solution selling.

4. Compliance & Licensing Support

  • Track and manage software license status and compliance requirements.
  • Assist customers in understanding Microsoft licensing frameworks, renewals, and expansions.

Perform profiling of accounts to assess digital maturity and licensing gaps

Experience:

  • 35 years of B2B Sales / Account Management experience.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or comparable cloud-based ERP/CRM solutions.

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem (Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, Business Central, etc.).
  • Experience in cloud licensing, subscription models, and partner-led sales motions.
  • Ability to conduct business conversations with CXOs and IT heads.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills.
