You will play a critical role in supporting packaging development across a diverse product portfolio including beauty & personal care , home care , and nutraceuticals . This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the development, sourcing, testing, and optimization of innovative and compliant packaging solutions. Key Responsibilities: Packaging Strategy & Development: Assist in developing primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging for new and existing products. Support design teams with technical inputs on packaging structure and functionality. Contribute to innovation projects focused on cost-efficiency , user experience , and sustainability . Material Sourcing & Vendor Management: Coordinate with approved packaging vendors for material development and sampling. Work with the procurement team to source new packaging formats aligned with quality and cost expectations. Ensure timely availability of packaging materials during product development and commercial rollout. Quality Control & Compliance: Conduct basic compatibility, stability, and transportation testing in collaboration with QA. Ensure packaging materials comply with FSSAI , FDA (FPLA/FD&C) , BIS , and international packaging norms. Maintain packaging documentation and specifications as per regulatory standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, production, and logistics teams to ensure packaging is feasible for manufacturing and distribution. Assist in resolving packaging-related challenges during scale-up or trials. Support packaging development for both domestic and export markets. Key Requirements: B.Tech / B.Sc. / Diploma in Packaging Technology, Printing, or related discipline. 2–4 years of hands-on experience in packaging development, preferably in FMCG or healthcare sectors. Basic knowledge of packaging materials (plastics, laminates, paperboard), design, and printing. Understanding of packaging compliance and sustainability trends. Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience working with international retailers or E-commerce . Job Title Payroll & HR Compliance Job Summary Manage end to end payroll and attendance processes for our pharmaceutical operations, ensuring full compliance with PF, ESIC, and all HR statutory requirements.
