Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, production, and logistics teams to ensure packaging is feasible for manufacturing and distribution. Assist in resolving packaging-related challenges during scale-up or trials. Support packaging development for both domestic and export markets. Key Requirements: B.Tech / B.Sc. / Diploma in Packaging Technology, Printing, or related discipline. 2–4 years of hands-on experience in packaging development, preferably in FMCG or healthcare sectors. Basic knowledge of packaging materials (plastics, laminates, paperboard), design, and printing. Understanding of packaging compliance and sustainability trends.
