You will also be involved in material sourcing, vendor management, quality control, compliance testing, and documentation maintenance to ensure packaging materials meet regulatory standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as R&D, production, and logistics will be essential to ensure that packaging solutions are feasible for manufacturing and distribution. Your expertise in packaging technology, materials, design, compliance, and sustainability trends will be crucial in driving efficiency and quality in packaging development. The ideal candidate for this role should have a degree or diploma in Packaging Technology, Printing, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in packaging development within the FMCG or healthcare sectors. Knowledge of packaging materials, design, printing, compliance standards, and sustainability trends is required. Strong communication and coordination skills, along with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, are essential. Experience in working with international retailers or E-commerce platforms, as well as familiarity with eco-friendly packaging solutions, would be advantageous.
