We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Business Development to support our business development team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to strategic growth initiatives. The Assistant Manager will play a key supporting role in managing client communications, coordinating ongoing projects , and ensuring smooth internal and external collaboration. The candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the execution of business development strategies. This includes handling lead follow-ups, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely communication between internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities: Support senior BD managers in managing and nurturing client relationships Act as a point of contact for client communications and follow-ups Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects Assist in generating leads and tracking business opportunities Prepare proposals, pitch documents, and follow up on shared plans Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business strategy Help maintain CRM data and ensure timely reporting of activities Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, or Project Coordination Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools Organized, self-motivated, and collaborative in nature Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG sector is a plus Show more Show less
