Assistant Manager/Manager

5+ years of experience managing ERP systems, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role

Objectives of this Role

• To ensure that ERP systems are implemented and maintained smoothly.
• Optimize efficiency and provide strategic insights into company operations
• Actively participate in defining the ERP business requirements
• Identify probable risks & establish risk mitigation plans

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

• Manages and optimizes ERP systems to integrate business processes and data 
• Works with other teams to ensure the ERP system supports company goals 
• Writes customized programs and scripts, and configures ERP applications
• Ensure availability for complete and correct data & information when required
• Take ownership of ERP module & see the activity through completion
• Analyzes existing infrastructure and performs IT system enhancements
• Inform & Educate employees, customers, vendors about upcoming changes with ERP

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.

Strong knowledge of ERP modules (e.g., Finance, HR, Manufacturing, Inventory, etc.).

Proven experience in ERP system implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
