Job Title: Packaging Head Location: Noida Experience: 7+ years in packaging for beauty & personal care, home care, or nutraceutical products Industry: FMCG / Beauty & Personal Care / Home Care / Nutraceuticals Company: NG Electro Products Private Limited Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Packaging Head to lead our packaging operations across beauty & personal care, home care, and nutraceutical product categories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, sourcing, and optimizing packaging materials that align with quality standards, cost efficiency, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities: Packaging Strategy & Development: Define packaging strategies for beauty, home care, and nutraceutical products. Develop innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable packaging solutions. Ensure packaging aligns with regulatory and safety standards for both domestic and international markets. Material Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify and source suitable packaging materials . Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance . Develop long-term partnerships with packaging vendors. Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all packaging materials comply with FSSAI, FDA (FPLA and FD&C), BIS, and international regulations . Collaborate with QA teams to conduct packaging tests and stability studies. Implement packaging sustainability initiatives and optimize material usage. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, and logistics teams for new product launches. Optimize packaging designs for operational efficiency and shelf appeal . Ensure smooth coordination for packaging materials across domestic and international supply chains . Process Improvement & Cost Optimization: Drive cost reduction strategies through material innovation and process improvements . Optimize packaging for e-commerce and retail to reduce transit damage and enhance consumer experience. Implement automation and lean practices in packaging operations. Key Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering, or a related field . 8+ years of experience in packaging within FMCG, personal care, home care, or nutraceutical industries. Strong understanding of packaging materials, design, printing technologies, and regulatory requirements . Experience in sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization . Knowledge of sustainable packaging trends and implementation strategies. Excellent project management and leadership skills. Familiarity with global packaging compliance for exports. Preferred Skills: Experience working with international retailers . Hands-on experience in eco-friendly packaging solutions .
