Role Description

The Assistant Manager Business Development will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends to ensure growth and expansion. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, preparing business proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal teams, and managing the lifecycle of business development initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai, where collaboration with partners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams will be key to ensuring successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen with skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Business Analysis
• Proven experience in Client Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement
• Experience in preparing and delivering Business Proposals and Presentations
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar field is a plus
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with relevant tools would be an advantage
