To develop Brand Marketing Strategies and Annual Marketing Plan for the Assigned Brands 2. To develop Creative and conceptual Brand Plan for Future New Launches 3. To follow up and monitor implementation of Strategies and analyse ROI and Control Expenses 4. To work in co-ordination with Country Managers and support them with Marketing inputs 5. To plan, organise, prepare and conduct Quarterly Strategic Cycle Meetings 6. To do 15 days of field work in assigned Country Once in every 2 months 7. To do analysis of IMS market Data and Internal Sales data and present with observations 8. To ensure procurement of All promotional materials including Print and Gifts 9. To plan and control utilisation of inputs as per Marketing plan 10. To develop KOL Drs and develop Rapport with them 11. To do any other assignment aligned from time to time.
