Job Purpose: Responsible for handling entire HR, IR & Admin function of the Sales employees from hiring until separation. Responsibilities: Collaborating with Business Leaders to understand strategic business objectives and formulating HR strategies to meet current and future employee engagement and talent management needs. Responsible for driving different HR related processes at the plant like recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management and maintaining cordial employee relations in alignment with business needs. Implement the performance management process as per the COE guidelines to ensure meritocracy and high performance culture in the organization Ensuring all back-end HR operational processes are managed efficiently in terms of TAT, accuracy, frequency & compliance leading to seamless service delivery. Directing and implementing end-to-end performance management for employees across site and managing appraisal process with teams. Planning, organizing and enhancing employee engagement initiatives thereby creating a platform for employee involvement & inclusion. Analysing the trainings needs of employees, coordinating with L &D Team and working on the feedback by providing appropriate training as required and communicating with the employees to create a constant employee connect. Monitoring & ensuring of effective rendering of administrative services in aligned to the SLA and budgeting compliance. Liaison with Government & local authorities as and when required as per the need. Establishing good rapport with the government & local authorities. Educational Qualification: MBA in HR/Labour Laws or Equivalent degree in HR Experience (in years): Candidates should have an experience of 5 to 8 years working as HR Business Partner preferably in Pharma industry Show more Show less
