Job Description

You will be responsible for developing brand marketing strategies and annual marketing plans for the assigned brands. Additionally, you will be required to create creative and conceptual brand plans for future new launches. It will be your duty to follow up and monitor the implementation of strategies, analyze ROI, and control expenses. You are expected to collaborate with Country Managers, provide marketing inputs, organize Quarterly Strategic Cycle Meetings, and conduct field work in the assigned country once every 2 months. Moreover, you will analyze IMS market data and internal sales data, present observations, ensure procurement of all promotional materials including print and gifts, and plan and control the utilization of inputs as per the marketing plan. Building relationships with Key Opinion Leader Doctors (KOL Drs) will be a crucial part of your role. You may also be assigned other tasks aligned with the role from time to time. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of marketing experience in International Business in the pharmaceutical industry.,
