Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Location: Noida

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Up to 3.5 Lac per annum with incentives

Responsibilities:

Perform commissioning, service and troubleshooting of pumps / Rotating equipment and Plate heat exchangers.

Commissioning, Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.

Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, energy check and health checkup of equipment at site.

Provide technical support and training to client engineers.

Maintain detailed service records and reports and submission of timely reports, closures of the complaint to company.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Conducting Energy check, Health Checkup of Products at customer site to generate opportunity for spare parts and AMC / service sales.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2 years of experience in customer service o. ITI with good communication and rich experience of 4-5 years in above field can also be considered.

Experience with pumps or related rotating equipment is essential.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
