About us: EIE Instruments engaged in manufacturing, marketing and Calibration of Scientific Instruments and Testing Equipments for various applications. About the role: As a Collection Executive, your main job is to collect outstanding from our clients. You'll make sure everything is done right according to our company rules. Responsibilities: Collecting Payment: Your main job is to get the Outstanding from our clients on time. Paperwork: You'll make sure all the paperwork for collection Payment is done properly. Liaison: Communicating with other organizations or the public on behalf of their company. Attending meeting when intervention is required. Writing correspondence reports to maintain a record of relevant communication. Talking to Clients: You'll talk to clients to help them understand what they need to do and answer any questions they have. Reminding Clients: Sometimes clients forget to pay. You'll remind them nicely when this happens. Keeping Records: You'll keep good records of all the payment we collect and make sure our systems are up to date. Following Rules: You'll make sure everything you do follows the rules and policies of our company. Reporting: You'll report the management how the collection process is going by making reports. The job may involve travelling as per the requirements Candidate requirements: Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Graduate / Diploma Experience in a similar job before, that's a plus. Talking Skills, should be good at talking to people and explaining things clearly. Organizing Skills, should be able to keep track of many things at once and decide what's most important. Pay close attention to details. Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Email Communication and correspondence. Company Name : EIE Instruments Private Limited Location - Kubadthal, Ahmedabad About the Role : As a Calibration Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring that various types of equipment and instruments used in our company are working accurately and efficiently. Your main task will be to adjust and fine-tune these devices to meet specific standards and requirements. This role involves testing, troubleshooting, and calibrating a range of equipment to maintain their precision and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities : Perform calibration procedures on different types of equipment, including but not limited to measurement tools, sensors, and testing instruments. Analyze and interpret calibration data to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or malfunctions. Document calibration processes, results, and adjustments made for record-keeping and regulatory purposes. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement calibration schedules and procedures. Maintain calibration records and documentation in accordance with quality assurance and regulatory requirements. Recommend improvements to calibration processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to calibration techniques and equipment. Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent degree in engineering, physics, or a related field. 3 to 4 Years of proven experience in calibration, testing, or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or laboratory environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using calibration software and equipment. Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
