Job Title Service Engineer – Weighbridge & Concrete Batching Plants Met Weigh India Pvt Limited Company Overview Met Weigh India Pvt Limited, manufactures high-precision weighbridges, load cells, weighing terminals, and concrete batching plants. We deliver installation, commissioning, and maintenance services nationwide to public and private sectors. Job Summary Hiring 10 Service Engineers for field installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repairs of electronic weighbridges AND concrete batching plants . Role requires extensive travel, hands-on technical work, and strong customer coordination. Key Responsibilities Install and commission weighbridges (load cells, junction boxes, indicators, software) AND concrete batching plants (mixers, controls, automation) at client sites. Perform calibration, testing, and troubleshooting for weighing systems AND batching plant controls to ensure accuracy and compliance. Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and respond to emergency breakdown calls for both equipment types . Diagnose and repair faults in electronics, wiring, PCBs, load cells, digital terminals, and batching plant PLC/controls . Train client staff on operation, basic maintenance, and software usage for weighbridges AND batching plants . Maintain detailed service reports, calibration certificates, and customer interaction logs. Coordinate with sales, production, and internal teams for seamless project execution. Required Qualifications & Experience Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, ECE, or Mechanical Engineering. 0-3 years experience in weighbridge service, batching plants, OR industrial electronics/equipment (freshers with strong fundamentals welcome). Essential Skills Hands-on experience with soldering, wiring, multimeters, calibration tools, and basic PLC/control systems . Knowledge of load cells, indicators, batching plant mixers/controls , RFID/ERP integration (preferred). Strong problem-solving, customer communication, and willingness for frequent travel ( company vehicle/SIM provided ). Basic computer proficiency for reporting and data entry.
