Job Title: Service Engineer, GPS Tracking Industry

Location: Ahmedabad, Baroda/Bharuch

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1 To 6 Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and maintain GPS tracking devices in vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with hardware installations, wiring, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to GPS devices.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure device functionality.
• Train customers on using GPS tracking systems and software.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the technical and sales team to resolve the issue.
• Ensure compliance with company and client standards during installations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in GPS device installation and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of vehicle wiring, sensors, and GPS technology.
• Ability to diagnose and fix hardware/software issues efficiently.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for field service and on-site support.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
