Responsibilities

● Manage the recruitment process and build a strong pool of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

● Develop and apply targeted recruitment strategies to find top talent in specialized areas.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.

● Meet or exceed weekly & monthly recruitment goals.

● Analyze recruiting data to identify ways to improve your performance.

● Understand cultural differences that can affect communication and working relationships with candidates from diverse backgrounds.

● Ensure compliance with recruitment systems and processes.

● Provide production support to new hires and junior recruiters.


Requirement

● Bachelor's degree

● Support improvement of processes.

● Ability to handle uncertainty and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

● Good at managing several tasks and meeting deadlines.

● 4-5 years of recruitment experience
